Losing weight is a challenge to many. Our daily lifestyle choices makes us unhealthy day by day. Without proper guidance it’s a dead end for many who are looking to get fit. Thus, a right balance of nutrition and workout is needed to achieve fitness goals.
Today we’re back again with a new transformation story of Ganesh Dhamale. A Teacher, whose wish was simple, to lose weight and feel confident.
His hectic schedule kept him busy throughout the day and got little time for himself. Feeling tired and lethargic became a part of his daily lifestyle.
He followed a veg diet as per Indian tradition. But that wasn’t enough to keep him fit.
His activities weren’t helping him to reach his goal weight and thus BTS came into the scene.
Ganesh chose Master Plan (12 weeks) and started to train under Mentor Pradeep. He followed Pradeep’s instruction happily and tried to keep up with the BTS diet and fitness plan no matter how hectic his own schedule was. Within some time it became pretty easier to swap the unhealthy lifestyle with the healthier one and he started to see results and within 3 months his weight came down to 73 kg. The same people who used to tease him, started to compliment him on his new looks.
Now, Ganesh feels much more energetic and has full of enthusiasm for work and personal life too. Being tired and lethargic became a thing of the past and he regained his confidence yet again with the help of BTS.
Ganesh learnt how to follow a healthy lifestyle without compromising what he loves.
