Overnight Oats

Oats are incredibly nutritious and have many health benefits which includes weight loss, lower blood sugar levels and a reduced risk of heart disease. Oats makes an easy, balanced breakfast and fills your body with much needed energy and nutrients at the same time. Super charge your body for a great day. Check out this recipe.


Ingredients:
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, mixed berries, 50g rolled porridge oats, drizzle of honey, 2 tbsp natural yogurt, ½ tbsp nut butter (almond or peanut).

Method of Preparation:
The night before serving, stir the cinnamon and 100ml water (or milk) into your oats with a pinch of salt.
The next day, loosen with a little more water (or milk) if required. Top with the yogurt, mixed berries, a drizzle of honey and the nut butter.
